Shipping

We currently only offer a flat rate $14 regular and $17 express shipping within Australia. We may shout the postage with orders over $200 or offer discounted $8.50 Express (excluding SALE or PROMO periods). Delivery times vary from state to state however please allow 2-5 business days for your order to dispatch + additional postage times (see below). All our items are sent with Australia Post. 

Regular parcel shipping service that covers all addresses within Australia and generally takes 2-6 business days and 1-3 business days for Express.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ITEMS OR PARCELS

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Florense does NOT accept liability for any loss of items or damage that may arise during transit. 

Florense offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post as they become the owner of the parcel when it leaves us. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel may be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.

In the event and item breaks in transit, you will need to seek compensation with AusPost. DO NOT throw anything away. AusPost will need to see your package with everything posted to you to arrange compensation (paper and everything included), you will also need your receipt. Depending on the cover you selected at checkout will depend on the compensation amount you will be liable for. Pick up

Florense offer a pick up option from 480 Peel St, Tamworth, NSW. Once order is received, we will be in contact with you via email to arrange your pick-up. Please wait until you receive your pick-up notification email before making your way to the store.
