Order Processing Times

A quick run-down on order processing times;

  • Orders will take approximately 2-5 business days for us to pack and dispatch.
  • Our orders are sent with AusPost. Postage times are:

NSW: Regular - 2–5 business days | Express - 1-3 business days

INTERSTATES: Regular - up to 4 Business Days | Express - 2-5 business days.

These times are additional to dispatch times. (These do change during peak periods and best to follow up with AusPost, www.auspost.com.au, if your order takes a little longer than normal).

  • Any orders with Vinyl Lettering Personalisation take at least 3-7 business days to make + dispatch and postage times.
  • Any printed gifts take 2-5 business days to make + dispatch and postage times.
  • Peak periods may take longer and we appreciate your patience while we make these for you.
