Pre-Orders

A PRE-ORDER is having the advantage to secure a high demand style before it has been restocked. Pre-Order is highly recommended as these items are highly sought after sell out very quickly!

Please note: OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE ITEMS, NO TWO PIECES ARE THE SAME. VARIATIONS IN SIZE, COLOUR, AND DESIGN CAN OCCUR.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pre-Order items are sent to you as soon as they are made and you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your order is on its way!

If multiple items have been made in the one order, the entire order will be sent once all items, including pre-orders become available. If you would like your items posted as soon as they are available or seperately "Regular Seperate Pre-Order Postage" must be selected at checkout.

Please note: Delivery dates are only an estimated arrival date and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in very rare occasions are subject to change. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note these important points regarding Pre-Orders:

• Payment in full is required to process your order.
• Expected time of Arrival (ETA) is displayed on each individual PRE-ORDER product page and varies from product to product.
• Pre-Order items are subject to the same Terms & Conditions and refund policy as any other product. 
• Pre-Orders cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged once an order has been made, unless a pre-order is running behind schedule.
• In the event, that your Pre-Order is running behind schedule you are eligible for a Store Credit or Refund. 
• The ETA may change as our items are handmade by ONE person. In such instances we will do our utmost to keep you informed and up to date.
• The fulfillment of your order is contingent on the fulfillment of our (confirmed) order with suppliers.
